The Home screen brings the active cycle, the calendar and the next application together in a single card.

Start on the Home screen
Tap Home in the bottom bar. The top shows a greeting, the notifications bell and the avatar, which opens Settings.
The main card shows the active cycle with its current phase. If you have more than one active cycle, swipe the card sideways to switch.
See the day’s items
The card shows the items of the selected day: compound and protector doses and applications, in time order.
Each item shows the dose position, like Dose 2 of 14. Injectables also show the needle and syringe chosen in the cycle builder. With several items, the mini-carousel opens straight on the first unconfirmed item.
Use the calendar
Below the card is the month calendar. Days with planned items are marked with dots; days without planning appear disabled.
Tap a date to see that day’s items in the card above — yesterday, today or a week from now.
Log what you took
Planning and logging are separate things: saving the cycle creates the plan; logging confirms you took the dose that day.
Tap a day item to open the cycle detail and use Confirm Application — or Dismiss, if you are skipping it. As you log, the app updates your adherence in the phase view.
Log right after taking it, so your adherence reflects what actually happened.
Track the next application
The Home screen also highlights the NEXT APPLICATION, telling you whether it is today, tomorrow or in a few days.
It is the quickest way to know what comes next without opening the cycle.
Turn on reminders
On your first visit to the Home screen, the app offers to Enable Push Notifications: dose alerts at the right time and cycle phase tracking.
The bell at the top opens the Notifications screen. You can change the permission anytime in your device settings.
Common questions
Why is my schedule empty?
Check that you have an active cycle and that the phase dates include today. Days without planning appear disabled in the calendar.
Where do I log the dose I took?
Tap the day item to open the cycle detail and use Confirm Application. That is where logging happens.
Can I get dose notifications?
Yes. The app offers to enable notifications on your first visit to the Home screen, and you can review the permission in your device settings.
How do I see my adherence to the plan?
Open the cycle detail: the phase view shows On time, Late and Missed as you log your doses.
