Track your
cycle

From logging today’s dose to archiving: everything that happens with a cycle in progress.

In this guide
  1. Open “Where you are”
  2. Log today’s dose
  3. Understand your adherence
  4. Browse the history
  5. Edit a saved cycle
  6. Archive or delete
1

Open “Where you are”

Tap a cycle in the Cycles tab — or the cycle card on the Home screen — to open its details. The first view, “Where you are”, sums up the moment of the cycle:

  • The current phase of each compound (Ramp-up, Plateau or Wind-down).
  • The day of the cycle, like “day 10 of 14”, counting from the start.
  • The countdowns: how many days until the phase ends and until the PCT begins.

It is the quick answer to “where am I?” — nothing to keep in your head.

2

Log today’s dose

Planning and logging are separate things: saving the cycle creates the plan; logging confirms what you actually took. Logging happens here, in the cycle details.

Pick the day on the timeline, tap the dose and use Confirm Application — or Dismiss, if you decided not to take it. For injectables, the screen shows the planned site and supplies for a quick check before confirming.

Every log feeds the history and the adherence right away. Log right after taking it, so the numbers reflect reality.

You can also log from the day item on the Home screen card — it opens the cycle details on the right dose.

3

Understand your adherence

Adherence is a scorecard of what already happened — not of what is planned. It shows in the phases view, in three blocks:

  • On time: doses logged at the planned time.
  • Late: logged after the planned time — they count, but leave the “on time” bucket.
  • Missed: doses whose time passed with no log at all.

The numbers move as you confirm your day-to-day doses. A dismissed dose does not count as missed: the app understands it was your call.

4

Browse the history

The detail timeline shows each dose with its time and statusLogged, Dismissed, Late or Early. Swipe back to see previous days and catch up on what is behind.

Tap a logged item to open the application details: product brand, applied volume, needle, syringe, site and route. It is your cycle record — useful when talking to the professional who follows you.

5

Edit a saved cycle

In the Cycles tab, tap the cycle to reopen the same builder used to create it: name, compounds, protectors, PCT, phases and times. Everything stays editable — including in a cycle in progress.

Want to add a compound midway, change a time or extend a phase? This is the place. When you move dates, the app asks again whether the following phases should adjust on their own.

Phases that already have logged doses cannot be removed — the history has to keep making sense.

6

Archive or delete

Done with a cycle? Archiving takes it out of your routine without erasing anything: the logs, the history and the adherence stay stored — and you can unarchive it later if you change your mind.

To see the archived ones, use the Add button in the list to toggle between Active and Archived cycles.

Deleting is different: it removes the cycle and everything logged in it, for good, with a confirmation. If you just want it out of the way, prefer archiving.

Common questions

How do I log a dose I took today?

Open the cycle details, tap the day’s dose on the timeline and use Confirm Application. Dismissing marks the dose as your decision, not as missed.

I can't remove a phase

Phases with logged doses are locked to preserve the history. Adjust the dates instead of removing.

Where are my old cycles?

In the Cycles tab, tap the Add button and switch to the Archived view.

Do I lose my logs if I delete a cycle?

Yes, deletion is permanent. To keep the history, archive the cycle instead of deleting it.

Can I edit a cycle in progress?

Yes. Tap the cycle in the list to reopen the builder and adjust phases, times or compounds — even after logs exist.
